Parea Homes is a collection of thoughtfully curated vacation homes designed for togetherness. Inspired by the Greek word “Parea,” our stays are built around connection, comfort, and meaningful shared experiences with loved ones.

We handpick each property based on location, design, comfort, and the overall experience it can offer. Only homes that meet our standards for quality, privacy, safety, and aesthetics become part of the Parea Homes collection.

Some of our properties are more accessible than others. If you or a guest requires assistance, please reach out to us directly so we can recommend the most suitable stay.

Each property has its own set of house rules regarding noise, events, smoking, and guest limits. These will be clearly shared with you before booking to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

Booking

1. How do I make a booking with Parea Homes directly?

You can book directly through our website, Instagram page, or by contacting us on WhatsApp/phone. Share your travel dates, number of guests, and preferred property, and our team will assist you immediately.

Once you share your details, our team checks availability and sends you a confirmation message along with a payment link. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment is completed.

Before your arrival, we share the property details, house rules, check-in instructions, and contact information for the on-ground team. We also collect guest IDs as required by local regulations.

Yes! Last-minute bookings are allowed based on availability. Contact us directly, and we’ll help you with the fastest confirmation.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. Bookings are confirmed only after the payment is successfully received.

No, all payments must be completed in advance to confirm the booking. This helps us prepare the home for your arrival without delays.

We’re happy to help with special requests whenever possible. Simply let us know in advance so we can coordinate with the property staff and arrange it for you.

We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and payment links shared by our team.

1. Will I meet someone at the property I have booked?

Yes, a caretaker/host will be available at or near the property to assist you with check-in, stay-related questions, and any basic requirements.

Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Timings may vary slightly by property, and early check-in/late check-out can be requested subject to availability.

We provide clean, well-maintained homes with on-site support, housekeeping (where available), curated local recommendations, and assistance throughout your stay.

Amenities differ across properties but generally include comfortable bedrooms, clean bathrooms, Wi-Fi, parking, power backup, kitchen access or meal options, outdoor spaces, and entertainment facilities. Each listing includes a detailed list of amenities.
