Our Home Rules

  • In case of a power outage, the generator will provide power back up
  • All mobile networks work well here
  • Guests can stay connected with complimentary WIFI. Network is subject to availability at any given time
  • A well-equipped dry kitchen is available for re-heating and consumption of food
  • Please be mindful and keep the noise to a minimum after 10 PM
  • There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security reasons.
  • This is a standalone property
  • The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be always available
  • Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/ drinks in and around the pool area
  • Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only
  • We urge you to wear appropriate swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering
  • Children should be always supervised
  • Children should be supervised while they are in and around the pool
  • The guests are requested to inform the caretaker well in advance to set up the campfire
  • Guests are requested to treat the home with care
  • Complimentary linen change will be provided once in a day
  • No visitors of the guest will be permitted to enter the property at any time
  • All visitors must be approved in advanced through the booking process and are subject to additional fees
  • Guests are requested to lock all doors and windows of the property when going out or when going to bed and not leave keys in the lock. We will not under any circumstances accept responsibility for the loss of residents’ goods or belongings for any reason
  • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the home and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible
  • In case of any damage caused to the property during the stay, it shall be the responsibility of the guest to make good the loss, the same shall be deducted from the security deposit; however, if the there is any cost which is above and beyond the security deposit amount, the same is to be cleared prior to the check-out
  • We will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any of the property’s facilities or for accidents occurring within the premises
